Interview

Initially, there was a phone interview. Once that was done there was an in Person interview with the hiring manager and another manager (separate interviews, but they were during the same day). They asked basic customer service questions and some basic accounting questions. They asked one question that was meant to see if you can troubleshoot. Then a third interview with the Director.

You have 12 balls identical in size and appearance but 1 is an odd weight (could be either light or heavy). You have a set of balance scales which will give 3 possible readings: Left = Right, Left > Right, or Left < Right (i.e. Left and Right have equal weight, Left is Heavier, or Left is Lighter). You have only 3 chances to weigh the balls in any combination using the scales. Determine which ball is the odd one and if it's heavier or lighter than the rest. How do you do it?

Written test was at home, includes basic aptitude and other basic questions. Phone call from HR confirming weather interested in the position or not. Second round Technical round, it was basic too asking about basics of what we know for example C language etc. Third round was Managerial I guess, he asked me to Introduce about me and to explain Final year project and asked me what I know about the company. Make sure to know about the company. Its easy, just be confident.

Interview

Applied by referral, week later did a phone interview. Few days later set up an interview, was interviewed by a Service Support Manager and manager in training and remotely via Webex manger over enterprise department. Went over my application, asked me different scenario questions, how to deal with escalating situations and problem solving. Got a call within 48 hours with a job offer.
