Applied online and had phone screen with recruiter within a few days. Asked pretty standard questions, review resume. Was told next conversation would be scheduled within a week. 2nd phase was phone interview with hiring manager about 3 weeks later. Again pretty generic, review resume, job overview. 3rd phase was interview with team. Some were nice, others were very confrontational. Each had list of canned questions and really didn't wait for me to finish answering before asking next one. Was told their recommendations would be sent to hiring manager for review and then final decision would be made. Repeatedly followed up however never heard back until canned rejection email a month later.
