It was over the phone. He called in the morning and we talked for about twenty minutes. at the end of the call he told me he had a few more calls to make but that he thinks i would make a good fit and to expect a call back later that day. He never called back that day or the next, but he did email me the day after saying to call him and we would go through the next steps. so i called him and he asked me the exact same questions as he did in the first interview and told me the same thing at the end of it. finally a few days later he called me and offered me the job.
