Interview
The process seems kind of drawn out but it is efficent ! First you apply online and wait for CDW to send you their assessment. The assessment takes around a half hour and asks what you would do in certain situations or questions to get to know your personality. The next step is a phone interview. If they like you they will ask you to come in for a final in person behavioral based interview.
Went through a series of three interviews. After the final interview, waited a while to hear back, to be told they went with a different candidate. Didn’t understand why it took so long to hear back.
pretty bad interview process did not enjoy the process, and called me but did not return the call after after decided to cancel all interviews with the company when I found out that the pay would be less than at other jobs

Interview
HR rep over the phone was very nice and covered a lot of the details of the position in our initial phone call. Gave me a great starting point to see if I wanted to move forward with the interview process.
