Interview
I applied to the position on a Monday morning and received a call from a recruiter two days later. The phone screening with the recruiter lasted about 20 minutes and I was then set up for a phone interview with a manager a few days later. The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes and included a more in-depth review of the job requirements, my background and experience and how it related to the job. Shortly after the interview ended I received a call from the recruiter advising I would be moving on to the next stage of the interview process. An in-person interview was held about 2 weeks later with 5 individuals and lasted one hour. Recruiter called later the same day to offer the job.
