Phone interview for 45-60, nice woman, went well as expected. 1 week later, was referred for face to face interview with one of the company’s top sales managers. Started in a class of 16 new hires 2 weeks after. He sized me up as if I joined his platoon that day, asked me a few hypotheticals that pointed more toward my work ethic and character than anything tangible, & then he offered me the job and set expectations. A real hard nose, but drove me well.
