Initial interview was with the Recruiter and consisted primarily of fact checking against my Resume and Cover Letter. I was later contacted for a video interview with the Hiring Manager. That interview lasted almost 1 hour and was a good 2-way discussion. After that I was required to provide 3 references (Peer, Direct Report, Customer) and all 3 were contacted.
