Their Recruiter/hiring process is not well organized. I applied for a position online. No one ever contacted me. Yet, I received a thank you for conducting the video interview --- followed by two (2) decline emails. Rather amusing and yet very unprofessional.

virtual interview was non-existent, although they thanked me for completing one
It was about a hour interview. There were two people who talked to me and they took turns of questions about what I had learned and experienced. We laugh about things we talk.
