I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CDW in Oct 2014
Interview
I emailed and spoke with Shannon during the initial interview process. She was always super friendly, helpful, and responsive! After emailing, we had a quick call (about 15-20 minutes) to discuss the position and to determine if I could be a good candidate. Then I had an online interview, which was a bit awkward since you are recording your response on a webcam (and you won't know the questions in advance). Luckily, I passed that portion and was able to come in for my first face to face interview with the hiring manager. Last interview was with three of the managers I'd eventually be reporting to.

Question 1
Online interview was the hardest because you don't know the questions or pace going into it. Also, the lack of human interaction and ability to read your interviewer's expressions made it difficult to gauge how well or poorly you were doing.
