My interview process started with a recruiter where I was given an overview of the job description and salary range. From there I participated in a group interview with the manager, sr. manager, sales director, and another solution architect. I was to come to that interview prepped with a hypothetical bill of materials and line drawing. After that interview, I received results in a few weeks.

Interview process started very professionally for the first 2 weeks, successfully completed three interviews, HR , Hiring Manager , Technical , and was told that to wait for the last in person meeting. After a month of followup, without any useful update, I was told that they had changed their requirements and are not hiring for the same position advertised and interviewed for!
Company is going through some major changes in Canada because of its recent acquisition of a local Service Provider.

None of the questions were not difficult, but I get the filling from beginning decishion been made prior interview - not interesting hirer me. Did not hear anything from hiring HR person. Ask the recruiters agency - get the answer.
