The interviewer asked some questions about items from my resume'. We then discussed specific skills and experiences from my resume' and I was given an opportunity to provide details regarding the specifics of the type of work I had been doing. I was then asked a series of specific technology questions related to the stated job requirements. The interviewer was polite and the exchange was very collaborative (as opposed to confrontational).
