Recruiter reached out on LI to have a conversation and if I would be interested in one of their HR roles open. I think spoke to the hiring manager and both of them seem to be very cold and formal. Seems like there is a lot of restructuring going on at CDW and the culture was not at all for me. Seems like a place where there is a lot of pressure and it might not be the best culture for everyone.
