I went to work for Ceva as a temp making $11.00 an hour. They dumped a stack of PO's a mile high on my desk and left me to figure out how to enter them. Because I figured out the work quickly they decided to hire me. They gave me more and more work until my hire date 3 months later and I started working full time at $14.00 an hour. I never was interviewed.

Interview
My interview was with 3 people. They were polite, they did not ask any questions out of the ordinary. I was seated in the break room while they made a decision. After about 10 minutes, someone from Human Resources came to get me and had an offer letter. I had to take a drug test the same day and give information for a background check. The background check is very thorough, dates and addresses MUST be correct or the third part company doing the check will call you.
