Interview
It was a very straightforward process with Managing director and partner which is broken into two different sessions. It was a relaxed interview environment. We spent most of the time talking about my audit experience and how it translates into the consulting world.

They asked about about my experience with memo writing in some technical accounting areas
Had three interviews. Two Interviews were with people on the leadership team such as a partner and a managing director. Third interview was with a peer so you can ask questions about the company, projects , etc
Interviews will consist on a one on one with HR and then interviews with three other employees if the initial screening is passed. The difficulty depends on the interviewer and experience.
