I was called in for an interview with David P. at Leatherhead office based in UK. The interviewee wasn't present for the interview. To replace him I met up with a Project Manager, Project Lead and a junior team member. The role I was supposed to be interviewed was for a Build/Release/DevOps Engineer, but neither the PM nor the PL was able to explain the position!
The technical questions were easy to answer but the interviewees weren't knowledgeable about their own existing infrastructure.
To add insult to injury, there wasn't any feedback from the company as to why I was rejected, but only an explanation that they had hired somebody internally :(
