The interview Panel had less experience than mine. I really have doubt on the quality of the people they hire. The person who took the interview had shown some attitude and he was like mugged up few questions for the interview and the questions are very common. He is playing the role of software Engg/Senior software Engg, where he had been asked to take the interview of mine. I am playing the role of a Lead in a company. I think in other Indian companies at least they have better interview process than CGI (I might be wrong). There was no question related to the current role and responsibilities in the current organization and about the project that i am doing or the challenges that we faced. Instead of that, like an inexperienced interviewer (Which i biliv he was) was asking some unnecessary questions which i thing was not required.
