They contacted me through college recruiting. Had phone interview. Very friendly and just wanted to get to know me. Followed up with invitation to on-site interview soon. Will have technical tests and panel interview. Also will have lunch with recent college grads/hires

Interview
The process went smoothly. I had an onsite interview in Troy, AL. They asked basic questions and I really wasn't interested in that location. Interviewers were pretty cool and down to earth.First there was a behavioral interview and then more of a technical interview. They are interested in people who are advanced in SQL
