Interview
You get a confirmation email upon applying and you are given a date to appear for an interview. There would be an aptitude test followed by a technical interview and a session with HR. Once all these formalities are done, one should undergo a session with a project manager and also through phone if needed.

Good but Czech is mandatory.
Interview was centred around the language skills online. But it was good and friendly- Team lead asking about salary range is bad .. it’s HR’s business
