1 phone screening and 2 rounds of interviews. My issue with the process is that it isn't very transparent. They also repeat several times throughout both interviews that this job is extremely stressful. It almost seemed like they wanted to scare people away from the job.
I went through the first round of interviews and was called back again for a second one with the higher uppers. Both interviews went very well, and at the end I was told that they would be in touch very very soon.
They never called me back. No email, nothing. A frustrating experience to say the least.

It was a virtual interview. They didn’t ask too many questions. I came over prepared, which was a good thing. I enjoyed talking to them. I’m not sure if they interview in person now.
Two person virtual interview. I was sent resumes to review ahead of time. I over studied, which was a good thing. I interviewed and received the job offer within the same day.

Interview
After 1 month I got called for an interview . The HR told me it would be with an interview with one person but there were two. The woman wasn't really nice with her colleague always rectifying what he was saying it didn't give a good image of the department. The HR isn't professional at all I have been told I would get a response within a week, two weeks later I send an email asking an update and its only by connecting on my candidate account I saw I wasn't considerate for the job. It's good thing as I didn't even know the salary and the hours seemed crazy. Thank you incompetent HR I had high opinion about the company but it's without any regret that I am accepting the offer of FMCG company
