The interview process with CHG was amazing! The entire team makes you feel comfortable enough where you can actually respond to the questions without feeing judged. The interview is more of a conversation than it is an interview. Other jobs I have interviewed for made it hard for me to explain my skills because the process feel more like an interrogation than an interview.
