I applied online. I interviewed at CHOC Children's in Sep 2019
Interview
A few people in the interview. Charge nurse, a scrub tech and someone from HR. It was just a normal interview. They asked me questions about my experience and how I would react in certain situations. They also said I’d hear from them in 2 weeks if not sooner. I never heard back. I even emailed twice just asking if they had filled the position or were still trying to figure things out. It’s been almost a month now and I still haven’t heard back.
In person at the hospital. Day was split up into stations (simulation scenarios, knowledge test (with med math), hospital tour, opportunities to network with the different units, speed-dating type of interview style). Be prepared for a long day!

Zoom interview and just ask simple questions. I felt I didn’t do too well to fit the criteria but I appreciate for the chance of interview. It was about 30 minutes
