Managers are always very kind, not intimidating. Ask the typical nursing questions. There will most likely be a panel interview made up of the bedside nurses you would work with!

In person at the hospital. Day was split up into stations (simulation scenarios, knowledge test (with med math), hospital tour, opportunities to network with the different units, speed-dating type of interview style). Be prepared for a long day!

Zoom interview and just ask simple questions. I felt I didn’t do too well to fit the criteria but I appreciate for the chance of interview. It was about 30 minutes

Interview
One interview was with a human resource specialist. After this, I was scheduled for a second interview which consisted of a panel of managers, educators and current nurses. Anyone was able to ask me questions/give me feedback.
