First there was a telephone interview asking about about my interest and then a video interview was set up. Phone interview and video call interview. Interview was approximately 30 minutes long. Had two nurse managers interview me. Received an offer within a week.

The interview process was about a month long. I was questioned by talent acquisition via telephone and then moved on to an in person interview with leadership, about 5 people but not a group interview.

Interview
It was alright. Pretty standard process. I applied online and then was called by HR for an interview about 2 weeks later at a mass hiring event. After the panel interview, I was offered a job the day afterwards.
