Completed the online application and received an email to complete a phone interview with talent specialist. She then gave me information on the in-person interview process which would take place roughly a week later. The interview also included a knowledge check test, clinical scenarios, and a tour of the unit. The interview took place at the same time as other candidates which was a bit nerve-wracking, although most of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a very thorough but competitive process. Heard back in roughly a 1.5 weeks with rejection email.
