phone interview first with HR, interview with nursing manager, then I was told I’d hear back. HR emailed me that I did not get the job. They could not tell me why.

Recruiter phone call and then you later set up an interview with the hiring manager and 2 other nurses. After, I didn’t hear back for another 2 weeks to which the recruiter reached out to me saying I got the position.
