Interview
It takes about a month to get an application completed before you can go to work. It seems they have a lot of back log, questions asked are to general and mostly not specific to the job you are applying for, peer interviews are a waste of time, in a small town, everyone knows everyone. It is too clannish.

Face-to-face with all hiring managers and supervisors present in an open setting. It was a question-and-answer type setting. There were no right or wrong answers The questions were structured to the type of job you were being hired for

I think it was a very straightforward interview. I Answered questions about my background and I asked them questions about the department. It was low stress and personable. The people were very down to earth.
