Applied online, was contacted by their recruiter via email to set up a phone screen. Recruiter was very fake and over-animated. Interview took a very awkward turn when I asked about how mixed use housing worked and how low income housing played into that. Apparently she was offended by my use of "low income" and with a perturbed tone corrected me "Affordable Housing." The recruiters whole attitude changed which was a HUGE red flag. Kind of makes sense why CIM has such bad reviews on Glassdoor. Needless to say, I received a rejection email which I was not surprised by at all. If I were a betting man, I'd say my Resume never made it to the hiring manager. Which is good, because it saved me from having to turn down an in person interview :-)
