Interview
The interview process leads with a phone interview that is about an hour long. They'll describe the position and the current real estate transactions. You'll want to apply your experience in the conversation.
The in-person interview is about 2 hours long. The first interview was with both department leads that asked technical questions to ensure accounting knowledge. They'll then ask about your job history and relevant experience. You'll find they are polite, but are very particular. Be sure you have gauged your experience is what these two leads need. I was called for an interview with the Director who thought I had great experience, but the other two leads wanted a different skillset. Asking early will save you time invested.
