Worst interview process I have ever had! Prior to my two previous hour long calls with various Vice President's of the company. I came in for the final interview which lasted a total of 5 hours without restroom breaks. After meeting with Human Resources, the Vice President of Asset Management, Vice President of Development, Vice President of Accounting and finally the Vice President of Construction for an hour each I was physically trained. Needless to say I followed up with them and heard back over a month later that they had decided at the last minute to promote from within.

I applied online late in the evening. The following morning I received an email with a request for my availability for a phone interview. Basic interview questions. The interviewer was polite, personable and very professional.
