The recruiters were inexperienced, they were new to recruiting. They read questions and sounded scripted the whole time. They were not interested in learning about the candidate, instead focused on your sales pitch to candidates. It was a 3 step interview process. The first call was with the Lead Talent Advisor, then the Senior Talent Advisor, and last call was in person with the team.
