Had about 7 questions to answer in a packet that the interviewer went through. Questions were standard (leadership, conflict, rapport, weakness and strength). Interviewer was very nice, but the second round would be an on-site interview a couple of months later.

Laid back, the interviewer was easy to talk to and answered all questions I had. Asked quite a bit of questions and wrote down my answer for each. They then said they would call back in about 6 weeks, I thought that was a rather long time period.
