One on one interview with the site manager. About 30-40 minutes long. They called back the next day.. Some people I know had an interview with the site manager and site's supervisor. Regardless there aren't any hard questions

Very conversational and quick. Lasted approximately 15 minutes. Patient scenario questions and asked about previous healthcare experience. Overall, the manager was nice. A little informal, as the interview was conducted in an empty patient room.

I was interviewed by the manager in the office of the location that I worked in. She asked me the basic questions including who I was and my background and also asked me questions that needed critical thinking. The interview was overall short, lasting less than 20 minutes.
