Interview
I was referred for an interview and had the opportunity to meet with the manager. During the conversation, they asked me a few questions regarding my experience and how I handle certain situations. For example, they asked how I manage stressful situations and about my experience working on the phone. In total, there were about four questions asked. After that, the interview concluded and I was informed that they would reach out if there were any next steps.
It went smoothly. I felt very comfortable. The main topic was about the past experiences and how they have impacted you. In addition, there were behavioral questions. Overall, it was a great enjoyable interview. Thank you.
