Interview
Create a user profile online directly through their careers website. Once you have submitted your resume and/or cover letter if you meet the criteria they are looking for, a recruiter will be in contact with you. They may or may not call you directly to ask you for your availability, and experience and why you chose to work for CITYMD. Once you have spoken to the recruiter, he/she will schedule you for the next In Person Interview in their Headquarters. If hired, they will then schedule you for the next available training classes.
Standard interview with the recruiter, it was mostly behavioral. I then had to speak with a hiring manager. Then went on to next steps of onboarding. Overall, it was a simple process and efficient.

Excellent recruiters at this company who asked thorough questions
I arrived about 15 minuets early and told the front desk my name and that I was here to see the manager. After a while the manager called me into one of the exam rooms and we had a quick back and forth. After she told me that I would be hearing back from them within a week. I got a call a few hours later saying I got the job.
