Depending on time of year, headquarters or site mangers conduct interview. Therefore depending on who conducts the interview and the need for position to be filled the selectivity can vary. My interview was laid back, very conversational. I have heard the interview process has changed due to company growth. I got the acceptance one day after my in person interview, then attended a two week training course with a test at the end. Passing the test was required to start.
