I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at CITYMD in Sep 2017
Interview
So the entire process took a little over a week. Interview was very professional I would say 45mins long. The interviewer was very direct and informative about the process. The questions were very formal and casual. At the end of the interview I asked the interviewer "So when should I expect a response from you?" She goes on and explains how HR is usually the one to present an offer either that same day or within 24hrs when I tell you the pressure was on a 100 it was real. I didnt get a response within that timeframe so I assumed I didn't get the position but than a few days after I received a call from HR and the rest was history.

Give me an example of when you gave a customer great customer service?
Standard interview with the recruiter, it was mostly behavioral. I then had to speak with a hiring manager. Then went on to next steps of onboarding. Overall, it was a simple process and efficient.

The team was very fast to coordinate my interviews. They were professional and asked a lot of great questions, to make sure I was the right candidate for the role and company. They won't just hire you to fill the role, they hire you for your passion to help people

Excellent recruiters at this company who asked thorough questions
I arrived about 15 minuets early and told the front desk my name and that I was here to see the manager. After a while the manager called me into one of the exam rooms and we had a quick back and forth. After she told me that I would be hearing back from them within a week.
