Interview
I applied and in two weeks, the assistant site manager called me for an interview. I went in two days later to do my interview. The assistant site manager was very nice and made the interview feel comfortable. I left the interview thinking I nailed the job. He even told me that I will definitely be getting phone call from them within the next week. Well, the following week came and left I still haven’t heard anything back from them. It would be nice to get a courtesy email saying you didn’t get the job after all the preparation one does for interviews but I guess that’s to be expected.
Update: they called back and extended me an offer!! Now im getting ready for my new job in 2 weeks. I’m so excited!
Standard interview with the recruiter, it was mostly behavioral. I then had to speak with a hiring manager. Then went on to next steps of onboarding. Overall, it was a simple process and efficient.

The team was very fast to coordinate my interviews. They were professional and asked a lot of great questions, to make sure I was the right candidate for the role and company. They won't just hire you to fill the role, they hire you for your passion to help people

I arrived about 15 minuets early and told the front desk my name and that I was here to see the manager. After a while the manager called me into one of the exam rooms and we had a quick back and forth. After she told me that I would be hearing back from them within a week. I got a call a few hours later saying I got the job.
