Interview
You will do two interviews. The first is via phone. They will email you a schedule and you pick a date and time based on the slots available. The recruiter will all you on the date and time you picked. The recruiter made sure I was ok with the pay and hours numerous times. They have 12 hour shifts. If you do well on the phone interview they will then push your resume to the site manager. Another interview will be scheduled for a in person interview. I had my interview on friday and on Monday I received a call from the recruiter offering me a position. Everyone I met was really nice. It did not seem fake or forced. Really genuine vibes. The phone interview was very formal but the in person interview was like a conversation. They really want to feel your personality. They do not ask generic questions.

Interview
The interviewer missed our first interview because of her meeting running late. At our second interview, the interviewer called me at the interview time via phone. She asked about prior experience, availability, and whether I was looking for part time or full time. The interviewer was very nice and was open to me having little to no experience. Unfortunately my availability did not match up with what they were looking for.

The job itself is great the people on the other hand are not great there is an issue right now with Krono‘s so it’s no way to clock in or out. The doctors are very disrespectful to the staff. And there was a lot of bullying on site with the scribes.
