      Patient Care Representative Interview

      Jun 11, 2019
      Anonymous employee
      New York, NY
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CITYMD (New York, NY) in Jun 2019

      Interview

I was referred by a friend who worked for the company, I was contacted by a recruiter via email, telling me about the position and the starting pay. Within the email I was asked if I was okay with everything and would I like to move my application forward. I was then advised they would reach out to sites to look for openings. After a few days went by I was contacted by the assistant manager of the 69th street location and offered an on site interview. I went into the 69th street location and interviewed with the assistant manager, midway through the interview the site manager came in and sat with us and started giving in site on what the role would consist of. The assistant manager told a little about herself and her work history than asked me to do the same, I was asked mostly behavior questions “name a time when....” and so on. After the interview they said they had to interview a few more applicants and would contact me by next week if interested. I did send a thank you email to the Site and Assistant manager thanking them for their time and the opportunity to interview. The very next day I received a call and was offered the job!!
