Interview
I applied online and a couple days later I got an email to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was about 15 minutes long. A couple days after the phone interview, I got a call to schedule an in person interview with the manager of that location. The person I interviewed with on the phone and in person were very nice. I think I didn't get the job because I didn't take A&P in college, however in the job description it only requires a high school diploma to apply. Its evident that you need a college degree to work as a scribe there because all of their scribes are graduates preparing to go to med school or PA school.

Very conversational and quick. Lasted approximately 15 minutes. Patient scenario questions and asked about previous healthcare experience. Overall, the manager was nice. A little informal, as the interview was conducted in an empty patient room.

Tell me about a time you made an error in your work and what you did afterwards.
I was interviewed by the manager in the office of the location that I worked in. She asked me the basic questions including who I was and my background and also asked me questions that needed critical thinking. The interview was overall short, lasting less than 20 minutes.

They got back to me relatively quick. I had a phone screen followed by an on site interview.
It was very conversational and everyone was super nice. Pretty easy and straightforward process overall
