I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CITYMD (New York, NY) in Jul 2020
Interview
I applied for CITYMD on or around July 4th through Indeed. I received an Email stated that they are hiring Full Time positions and that you would need to be available to work 30-40 hrs a week doing a 6 hr or 12 hr shift for 16 dollars and if you are okay with that. I responded July 6, the CITYMD site manager called me later that day July 6th and scheduled for me to go to a face to face interview on July 14. She told me to bring two copies of my resume in which I did.
When you finish make sure you ask for a business card.
The whole settings was good as you get to see the other people working and attending to customers and also make sure you smile throughout the whole process. It was hard for me to keep the smile as I wore my mask the whole time. But I made sure that my sense of humor was noticed.
Overall it was very lengthy I felt like if you don't say what they want you to say they will ask you again and to give an example. throughout this whole process the interviewer was taking notes. and kept saying ( good , good, Great) IDK if this was a good or bad thing, But I felt confident. It took about 30 minutes. Just talking. the interviewer spoke their experience in the company, growth opportunity and training and if you want to be crossed trained they will teach you how to do other things so that you are successful and grow in the company. If I get the opportunity I would love to grow in the company.
