I applied online one day and received an email the next day. Was schedule for a phone interview the following day and was offered to come in for an interview 2 days later. The process was very quick and these people are so thorough. The interview lasted about 20 minutes. I interviewed with two cool people. Basically what they are looking for are people who can multi- task, are hard workers, don’t mind being on the phone all day, work well under pressure and can get the job done. As they stressed, this is not an easy job, definitely not a walk in the park, but if you are up for the challenge then this might be the career for you. There is also plenty of room for growth which is a plus for me. I received a call the following day and was offered the position and I gladly accepted. I start working next week Monday.
