the interview process was great. 1 interview with district manager, 2nd with HR. Asked questions about your experience and why you should be chosen as a leader. Dress professionally, girls if you could wear heels I highly suggest it. Men suit and tie!

Question 1
What makes you a leader?
what does being a leader mean to you?
Name some examples you have done already and that you will take with you?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CITYMD (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Basic with phone interviews than in-person interview. In my opinion the process itself was a bit long and tedious-waiting was the main thing (waiting to hear from one person than the next etc).
