Interview
I applied through their careers portal. I was emailed information about the position and asked if I was still interested on 8/23, my phone interview (they do not set up a time for this so be ready for a random call) was on 8/31. My in-person interview was on 9/2 and I was offered the position on 9/7. Both Interviews were really easy and smooth. They asked some standard questions and some situational questions. I'll list as many as I can remember at the end. What it seems like they are looking for is someone who is able to work in a fast pace environment and is a true team player. They also want someone who has researched the company and is looking to grow with the company long-term. Make sure to have a few questions ready. I hope you get it!!

Interview
I received an email scheduling a date and time for a phone interview. Two days later, I received a phone call around 1:30PM without a date and time scheduled. I answered the questions on the phone to the best of my ability. She said she would send me an email for an in-person interview. I received the email the same day before 5PM. Two days later, I showed up to the interview half an hour early. I waited in the waiting room and the manager interviewing me didn’t even give me a handshake after greeting. He said we were going to the basement, which seemed spooky. We entered the room and as he asked me questions, he seemed genuinely disinterested in what I had to say. I know in interviews you can’t reply with one or two words answers. Therefore, as I elaborated, I got the sense that he was bored. I felt like the 10 minute interview was a waste of time.
