Interview
First phone interview, and then in person interview with site manager. I applied and then couple days later, I was scheduled for phone interview. At the end of interview, I was told that they think I have qualifications, so they would schedule in person interview. I received phone call same day and scheduled in person interview. Next day after the in person interview, I got a job offer.

Why Citi MD?, How would you deliver a bad news? What is ideal work environment for you? What does teamwork mean to you?
Very conversational and quick. Lasted approximately 15 minutes. Patient scenario questions and asked about previous healthcare experience. Overall, the manager was nice. A little informal, as the interview was conducted in an empty patient room.

Tell me about a time you made an error in your work and what you did afterwards.
I was interviewed by the manager in the office of the location that I worked in. She asked me the basic questions including who I was and my background and also asked me questions that needed critical thinking. The interview was overall short, lasting less than 20 minutes.
