It was fair. There were three different people who did the interview including the medical director, lead PA, and the head of HR. It moved fairly quickly since all interviewers were in the vicinity working that day. I will say each interviewer had a different perspective of what was important to ask for the position. You have yo be able to think quick on your feet. The HR interviewer tried to throw a trick question. So, it’s important to Think before answering.

The interview process was very friendly and straightforward. The doctors do a really nice job of explaining the position and expectations. There is also a quick case study portion of the interview where they see how well you can diagnose and treat each case.
