I applied online through their website, and received an email 1-2 weeks later for a phone screen. Simple process, asked why I chose CityMD, why I want to be a scribe, and stuff about my experiences. The in-person interview at HQ was lax, they asked a few hypothetical question, but it had the flow of a conversation rather than an interrogative interview.
Very conversational and quick. Lasted approximately 15 minutes. Patient scenario questions and asked about previous healthcare experience. Overall, the manager was nice. A little informal, as the interview was conducted in an empty patient room.

Tell me about a time you made an error in your work and what you did afterwards.
I was interviewed by the manager in the office of the location that I worked in. She asked me the basic questions including who I was and my background and also asked me questions that needed critical thinking. The interview was overall short, lasting less than 20 minutes.
I applied online. I interviewed at CITYMD (New York, NY) in Apr 2026
Interview
They got back to me relatively quick. I had a phone screen followed by an on site interview.
It was very conversational and everyone was super nice. Pretty easy and straightforward process overall
