After a phone screening and a few emails I was asked to come in for an interview. Interview lasted about an hour and thirty minutes. It began with a presentation that lasted about 30 min and then a questionnaire given by the department head. Afterwards I was given a tour of the workplace and we finished up with some questions at HR. HR told me that they would let me know in two weeks. Two weeks past with no response so I sent a follow up email to ask how the process was going and was told that they were still interviewing candidates. After another two weeks I asked again and was never given a reply back. The company ghosted me and never gave me a definitive response after the fact.
