I went through the basic Fork lift operator hiring and interview process. Having had no experience but passed test was hired.
I was able to move into a support role and then promoted to manager. The interview process for the manager position was much more involved. I was interview in ascending order by direct manger, his manger and the facility general manager. Each was a little more difficult.

Received email from Ms. Piraino a recruiter February 14th to do a online assessment. Passed the assessment and was contacted February 17th to do a phone interview for the next day at 11am. 11am comes no one calls or emails me completely unprofessional.
