I applied online. I interviewed at CJ Logistics America
Interview
Excellent. One of the best interview processes I had participated in. The questions were good and required thought. The interviewers answered all questions and were very open. Overall very good experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CJ Logistics America
Interview
Applied for the job online and heard back from a recruiter within a week to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview lasted 30 minutes. I asked for a follow up timeline and the recruiter stated that other candidates needed to be interviewed. I was told to follow up in 2 weeks for a status update. I followed up with the recruiter and was "ghosted"--not even a reply back to let me know that I was no longer under consideration.
This appears to be a situation where 1 person is involved in the recruiting process--I'm not necessarily upset about that--but there should be a stronger process in place for a company that has multiple openings regularly.
